Make a set of napkin rings

2 HOUR WORKSHOP suitable for two persons to share

From an array of Harris tweed off-cuts and fabric scraps, design and make a set of 6 napkin rings. A lovely creative, fun workshop – adding buttons, lace, hessian, safety pins and freying edges or lining with silk. You decide – under the watchful eye of Ruth who has tips and ideas and will help you master the sewing machine.

Perfect for beginners and intermediate level sewers.  Also suitable for kids who are interested age 13+ (please ask for more details before booking for minors).

Book a time slot to suit you – contact 07814704256

No materials needed (unless you think you have a fabric you might like to incorporate into your design) but a sewing kit (with sharp scissors) and your own sewing machine would be a good idea if you have one – there’s nothing like having the opportunity to use your very own machine.  Ruth can give you advice on how to clean it and keep it in tip top condition too – as she has a certificate in repairing and servicing sewing machines. But don’t worry if you don’t have a machine – you can borrow one.

There will be tea, coffee and biscuits available.

Please note: All Roobedo sewing projects are original designs & ideas created and owned by Roobedo and are shared for fun and personal use only. Please do not sell any of the things you make on a Roobedo course, and with respect, please do not use Ruth’s patterns/ideas for commercial gain.
