All prices on our website are exclusive of any made to measure and delivery charges, which will be payable as indicated (if applicable) at the time of placing your order. Errors and omissions excluded.
Upon receipt of your order we will reply via e-mail, confirming your details and stating the total cost that will be charged to your credit card for goods and postal charges.
You will normally receive your items from Roobedo in 3 to 4 weeks. Roobedo clothes are hand made to order. In the unlikely event of a fabric being out of stock, we will inform you of the likely delay and enquire whether you wish to continue with your order or receive an alternative or cancel the order. In the event of cancellation of order you will get a full refund including delivery charges. All orders are subject to availability.
Orders are quoted and will be charged in UK pounds sterling (£). Overseas customers will be charged at the rate in force with your credit card issuer at the time of the transaction. The conversion rate will be at the prevailing rate at time of order. Due to currency fluctuations, prices shown in US dollars $ and EU € are not accurate but approximate and for general guide purpose only.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, you may send them back within 14 days, with a cover letter for an exchange or full refund to Roobedo, Southview, 3 Baledmund Road, Moulin, Pitlochry PH16 5EL. As a consumer, once unwanted goods are received you have a 7 working day cancellation period, this starts the day after receipt of unwanted goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). We cannot refund or exchange garments that have been hemmed / finished if you have specified the wrong length or decide you do not like them. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage – we recommend you obtain a proof of posting certificate and adequate insurance.
CUSTOM AND DUTY
Import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and any additional charges for customs clearance or any services must be borne by you. We do not have any control on these charges and cannot predict the amount they may be.
We take all possible care to reproduce and describe items accurately. Please refer to swatch samples for exact fabric representation. The nature of fabric source and its hand weave and knit quality means slight variations and textures are possible between batches.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of dealing with Roobedo, please inform us as soon as possible by email, telephone or letter, in order that we can put things right without delay. Roobedo will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. We will advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint and keep you informed throughout the process.
